Really great company. I have ordered from the several times, and will continue to go back. I tried another online company, but they were such a headache that I went back to 1800. I don't care if they are $1.00 more expensive, to me, it is worth it to not have to deal with those other jokers! |

definately do not buy from 800 contacts, they charge too much and its definately not worth the hassels. lenses never come or when they do they are over charged, go to coastal contacts i use them now and they are much better priced and same contacts as i used to pay double at 800 contacts. |

Charged my chargecard immediately upon order, and didn't tell me the contacts were on backorder for 5 - 6 weeks. |

Led to believe contacts were in stock when ordered and would be shipped in a week. After a couple weeks, checked status and found out it was on backorder for another month! They never bothered emailing me - had to find out for myself. Also, by the time contacts would be shipped, rebate offer would have expired. |

1-800 typically offers substantial discounts if you supersize your order and double-up. In fact, that was the one irritating thing about this site in that they were constantly popping-up boxes trying to upsell me. |
