acLens never shipped my order... and when I called o find out where my order was they got very defensive and rude on the phone and them hung up on me. I will NEVER order from them and will tell everyone I know. |

This has been one of the worst experiences from an online company.
I ordered contacts from acLens. I used some promotional codes on the order.
I waited 7 days after the order had supposedly shipped and after the 7th day, I called acLens.
The CSR I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me.
I went through all of that hassle for nothing. I waited 7 days for contacts that never came. Now I am in desperate need of contacts and am forced to buy them retail. Being a poor student, this really hurts my finances.
Do not deal with this company. I will be notifying the BBB and FTC of this experience. |

I have been ordering my contact lenses from ACLens for the past 10 years. Customer service reps have always been helpful and provided prompt replies when questions arose. Orders have arrived accurately and generally sooner than than the date provided. I recommend ACLens to anyone looking to order contacts online. |
