Are the wide diameter lenses comfortable?

I would love to hear from anyone who has tried the wider diameter contact lenses (22 diameter) that cover more than just the iris.It might be helpful to include if you have worn contact lenses before or if it's your first experience. I would imagine that the wider diameters would be less comfortable, even more so if you are a non-contact lense wearer. Thanks!

In one of the other reviews (for the blind eye one) that it mentioned this contact and said that it is clear in the center like all contacts, and therefore seeing out would be no problem, since the color isn't covering the pupils.
Your sight should not be affected unless you are wearing prescription lenses, which would affect your vision if you don't need corrective lenses in the first place.

I bought a pair for the cheapest i could find on the net, you can get the for just over $200 shipped. they are not at all hard for me to get in or out of my eyes because my eyes are rather large, still they are only 20 dia, they have larger ones that are 22 dia <-- those will be my next pair. sfxeyecolor.net has upgraded their variety with some new sick ones,

I recently purchased the black sclera lenses with the 22 diameter. I have other special effect contact lenses that are normal size and I can insert them easy. I can not get the sclera lenses in! Does anybody have any helpful tips on inserting them?

i love the aftermath of the contacts! no they don't give u tunnel vision, and no there not uncunfortable unless u tear a small fraction of the lens by closing your case on them (i did) i got mine 4rm www.besteyes4u.com the cheapest pair out there and you can c threw the colored part bc its tint not paint!!
p.s, does anyone know were to just buy 1 sclera lens??

Inserting Scleral lenses

I hope the person who asked how to insert them such a long time ago comes back to check!
Fill the lens with sterile saline.
Hold the lens between thumb and a finger
Bring your head forward parallel to the floor and look down towards your chest as far as possible.
Keep the lens level, pull up the upper eyelid with the index finger of the hand not holding the contact lens.
Slide the edge of the lens under the upper eyelid, whilst still looking downwards.
When the upper edge of the lens is in place, under the upper lid, you should look slowly upwards, still supporting the lens, and pull the lower lid out from under the bottom rim of the lens, using a tissue to dry the lid if it is slippery.

I have not had any problems, looked all over web for best price for them and other Halloween lens. I found that had the best prices and service
by far to anyone on the net. I paid $219.00 for a pair
and they have a large selection of Color & Halloween Lenses.
