Very misleading and even deceptive practices regarding their "handling fee". They do everything possible to make sure you don't realize you're being charged extra until your order arrives (the first time it shows up with any sort of explicit mention or as a line item is on your shipping invoice). Regardless of anything else, I have absolutely no interest in doing business with someone who seems sleazy, deceptive , and that I don't trust.

I am very happy with Lens.com and their ability to ship my order same day (after rx verification). I ordered my lenses on Monday morning, faxed my rx Monday before noon, they shipped my lenses same day and I recieved my lenses on Friday. I was very pleased with the service. I also found it very easy to use all the discounts listed including teh manufacturer rebates which they included with my delivery.

I attempted to place an order with them but they refused to sell to me. Why? Because I didn't fax them my prescription, according to them. Actually, I faxed it twice and received two fax confirmations - I know they got my fax, they just wouldn't fulfil the order OR help me in any way! Absolutely useless - trust me, do NOT waste your breath with this company!!

Ordered Contacts on Lens.Comfor the first time. I have been waiting 42 days and still have received nothing and of course they took my money the day they said the order shipped. I have called several times and they never have an answer for me. I would never order from Lens.com again.

Customer Service is non-existant. I would not buy from Lens.com again. I placed an order. Checked status on-line 3-4 weeks later - order was cancelled. No one responded to my email asking why. Then I received a letter in the mail, full of papers describing my order, but no contacts. A week later I got junk email from Lens.com so I know they have my email address. I never learned why my order was cancelled.

Liked the service. Fast and easy. Went to the website and found my contacts. Ordering was quick and painless and pricing was way lower then any of the other sites I checked out. Only took 3-5 days to get my order from these guys. Right after I ordered, they sent me my tracking number in e-mail - wasn't really expecting the confirmation that quick. Overall a very good experience - I am recommending this site to all my friends!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. My order shipped very fast. Customer service was excellent answered all my questions and when there was a shipping address error they notified me immediately and accomadated everything. BYE BYE 1800CONTACTS. my proclear contacts were more than $20 cheaper! than 1800CONTACTS. thats more than $40 in savings (need 2 boxes). Thank you Lens.com

I ordered contacts online, but I clicked +4.25 instead of -4.25 by accident. I faxed my prescription to them at 800-830-8599, Att: Janet. I recieved the lenses and opened two boxes of the wrong rx lenses, thinking something was wrong with the lenses. I shipped all four boxes of the wrong prescription lenses back to Lens.com, but was told they would not refund my money for the 2 open boxes. "Karen" and "Susan x8756) told me that they never recieved the prescription that I faxed, and that the prescriber had not verified the rx within 8 hours. But if they never recieved a prescription from me or the doctor, what is what they told me, they have nothing to verify!

I was very unhappy with the whole experience. There is a handling fee deceptively added after the order is placed. I tried to cancle my order and they would not. I was practically hung up on by someone rude at customer service and no one will return my emails.
