I ordered contacts online, but I clicked +4.25 instead of -4.25 by accident. I faxed my prescription to them at 800-830-8599, Att: Janet. I recieved the lenses and opened two boxes of the wrong rx lenses, thinking something was wrong with the lenses. I shipped all four boxes of the wrong prescription lenses back to Lens.com, but was told they would not refund my money for the 2 open boxes. "Karen" and "Susan x8756) told me that they never recieved the prescription that I faxed, and that the prescriber had not verified the rx within 8 hours. But if they never recieved a prescription from me or the doctor, what is what they told me, they have nothing to verify!

I was very unhappy with the whole experience. There is a handling fee deceptively added after the order is placed. I tried to cancle my order and they would not. I was practically hung up on by someone rude at customer service and no one will return my emails. |

Customer Service is non-existant. I would not buy from Lens.com again. I placed an order. Checked status on-line 3-4 weeks later - order was cancelled. No one responded to my email asking why. Then I received a letter in the mail, full of papers describing my order, but no contacts. A week later I got junk email from Lens.com so I know they have my email address. I never learned why my order was cancelled. |
